Historian, lawyer, a specialist for Northern American issues. He is a professor at the Jagiellonian University, Harvard University and other universities. Former advisor of the Polish Prime Minister Tadeusz Mazowiecki. He is a member of the Chair of the History of State and Law.

Vice-President of the Board, Director for Policy and Foreign Affairs of DaimlerChrysler in Stuttgart (Germany). Studied Political Sciences, Public Law as well as Medieval and Contemporary History at the University of Bonn and at the Center for International and Strategic Affairs (CISA) at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Former editor of: WELT am SONNTAG, Hamburg; Rheinischer Merkur, Bonn and Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Berlin. Head of the Berlin offices of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung and Die WELT. Author of several books (i.e. The German role during the Gulf-war 1991 and The relationship between church and democracy in Germany) and publications regarding economic and foreign affairs. The latest one is an essay on the relationship between politics and new economy. Award Winner 2002 for “creative branding of new terms” of the German publishing and dictionary group Klett/Pons in Stuttgart.

Ivo Šlosarčík

Ivo Šlosarčík

Graduated in EU law, comparative constitutional law and the EU Integration from Charles University in Prague and Central European University in Budapest. Since 1999 lecturer in European law and integration at the Jean Monnet Center of Excellence of Charles University and at Anglo-American College in Prague. Founding member of the Institute for European Policy EUROPEUM where he is Director of research and Head of Legal Program. Editor of the European Policy Forum and Czech correspondent of the European Public Law Journal. Member of the advisory board for the European Constitution in the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs. 

Kurt Wagner

Enrolled at the Karl-Franzens-University (KFU) Graz in October 1985 and graduated from Stanford Law School (J.S.M) in 1995 and from KFU Graz as Dr. iur. in 1997. Then he joined the office of the Austrian Federal Minister for Education and Cultural Affairs as personal adviser responsible for international relations, adult education and cultural affairs. In 09/2000 he became head of the educational division in 09/2001 director of KulturKontakt Austria, an NGO working with reform countries in East and South East Europe in die fields of education and culture.

Andrzej Zoll

One of the most eminent law experts in Poland. Participated in the Round Table talks in 1989. The former President of Constitutional Tribunal in Poland. Author of many publications considering not only issues of criminal and constitutional law but also philosophy of law. Member of Polish Academy of Abilities and Academy of Sciences and Art in Salzburg. In June 2005 finished his cadence as the Civil Rights Ombudsman in Poland.
